Stressing preventative maintenance to our clients, the service departments at the various branches feature full-time factory trained technicians that are both knowledgeable and courteous. Each technician has a fully equipped service vehicle with parts and diagnostic tools to avoid multiple trips to offices saving you time and money. Installations for new equipment purchases are usually free of charge and our hourly rates are lower than our authorized counterparts. For our clients far from the geographical areas of our branches Pearson can recommend qualified local independent service technicians who can aid in both service and installations as well.
