DENTORAMA DISCLOSING PELLETS - offer a convenient solution to revealing plaque.
The pellet consists of foam-cloth soaked with special coloring agent, which can easily be applied with a pair of tweezers without coloring the complete mouth and the color can afterwards easily be removed with normal tooth brushing. The system is very efficient, quick and reliable. For single-use.
Two types of pellets are available. The red pellet, which contains erythrosine, is for disclosing plaque less than three days old. The blue pellets have a more sophisticated function. It contains a mixture of erythrosine and brilliant blue, which gives a better picture of the age of the plaque. If the patient's plaque is more than three days the color stays blue, if the plaque is less than 3 days it changes to red color. The pellets have a pleasant peppermint flavor and are packed in jars of 100 soaked pellets.
Compared to regular disclosing tablets that you chew; our pellets adhere much better to the plaque and you can select specific tooth or number of teeth not having to color all. Another advantage is that the pellets do not dry up for at least two weeks if the dental team forgets to put on the lid.
All components are approved as food additives according to the Swedish National Food Administration SLV FS 2001:30.
Store in refrigerator or at room temperature. Product has more than 3 year’s shelf life in room temperature.
