True thermal wire higher forces. Vivid Thermal Plus archwires are manufactured from niti wire developed specifically for thermal or heat activated arches. More & more practioners are turning to lighter wire/forces for tough cases. This approach places increased demands on thermal archwires. Vivid Thermal Plus was developed from the latest Niti alloy technology to meet these demands. Vivid Thermal Plus archwires go one step further by using specially developed nickel titanium wire, & produced under tight controls to provide a wire with all the great attributes of therm, plus providing slightly higher forces.

The niti used to make ultra therm plus archwires was developed specifically for heat activated archwires. It is not a compromise or multipurpose wire. The result is more consistant A_f performance from lot to lot.The functional A_f is 65-75°F

Ultra therm plus archwires exhibit improved resiliency which means they are measurable more sesistant to permanent set

Vivid Thermal Plus archwires exhibit true thermal performance. they are soft in the hand & allow for significantly easier ligation

Vivid Thermal Plus archwires exhibit a narrower transformation band from martensite to austenite which gives the archwire a crisper response as they move between their soft state & stiff state

Arch Forms: currently availible in natural 2, global, international, & optima upper & lower arch shapes
