Anatomy carbides are 3, 4 or 6 sides (flutes) for defining anatomy in porcelain. Used mainly in laboratories.
Bonding Resin Removal carbides have a safety bevel at the end of the blade to reduce the risk of cutting striations in the enamel. For orthodontic use after removing brackets.
Endodontic Access carbides are for widening the canal in endodontic procedures.
