Specially developed for gentle polishing of lithium disilicate glass ceramic. After milling in a CAD/CAM machine ceramic restorations have a rough surface. To reduce abrasion of the opposing dentition the surface roughness must be smoothed. The StarTec polishers guarantee finishing and polishing of the ceramic surface and therefore minimal surface roughness. Advantages of StarTec polishers: 2-step diamond polishing system for reliable, gentle polishing of glass ceramics, silicate ceramics, feldspar ceramics, lithium disilicate ceramics and leucite ceramics. Optimal finishing and polishing in only 2 steps. A newly developed, highly condensed diamond grit binder produces an improved surface quality.The specially developed polisher matrix guarantees an optimum surface sheen without the use of polishing paste.
