A universal adhesive portfolio: Adhese 2 combines light - and dual - curing
in one product and is the first adhesive that can be applied in dual -cure mode
directly from the VivaPen – for greater clinical flexibility and efficiency in
everyday practice.
One adhesive for every situation
Whether for direct fillings or indirect restorations, Adhese 2 covers a wide
range of clinical applications. Thanks to the innovative blue DC cannula, the
adhesive can be applied directly from the VivaPen in dual - cure mode for the
first time. The tip of the cannula , which is coated with a co - initiator, now
enables dual - c uring in addition to light - curing – a separate dual - cure activator
is not required.
Maximum flexibility in combination with Variolink® Esthetic DC
The dual -cure mode is activated in combination with dual - curing luting
composites and the blue DC cannula. This ensures reliable polymerisation
even in cases with limited light access. In particular, the combination of
Adhese 2 and Variolink Esthetic DC offers a maximum of flexibility: together,
they enable predictably high bond strength on enamel and dentin and ensure
reliable, long - lasting restorations – regardless of the etching
technique chosen.
Reliable bond strength and clinical safety
Adhese 2 achieves reliably high bond strength values on enamel and
dentin and is highly moisture tolerant . Also, it reduces the risk of
postoperative sensitivity thanks to its integrated desensitizing effect.
Adhese 2 thus offers the same clinical performance as the proven
Adhese Universal - and achieves results that are on
a par with established multi - component gold standard systems.
