Can a Pearson Sales representative come to me?
We have field representatives throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and Texas, or our trained customer service representatives can assist you with any product questions or details you may require.
When will my order ship?
Pearson Dental strives to maintain it's 2-3 business day average time-to-ship. Please read our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I ship my order(s) to a PO box or Hotel address?
Pearson Dental does not ship to PO boxes or Hotel addresses/locations. A commercial or residential address is required to receive your order.
Can I return a product?
Returns may be accepted in accordance with our return policy and in person at our office in Sylmar. Walk in returns are available weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm excluding holidays. Please read our return policy here.
Can I buy from any supply category?
Yes, all products are available for purchase; Medical and DEA license verification are required for orders that contain Class I or Class II drugs and devices before we ship your order.
How can I place orders with Pearson?
In addition to ordering online, you can call your order in, fax your order, visit your local Pearson branch office or use our ordering app.
How do I get assistance with my order?

What payment types are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted. Monthly billing and Cash on Delivery are also available pending credit approval.

Yes, call 800-474-2299 and ask to speak to our equipment specialists or set up an appointment to visit one of our showrooms.

How do I setup a new online login?
Visit the account creation page and follow the prompts to set up your account, or contact customer service.
How do I change my password?
If you know your login, you can change your password at any time by logging into your account and visiting the password page.
If you have forgotten your current password, visit the Forgot your Password page. Enter the account number, email address and phone number associated with your account and your password will be emailed to you. You can also Contact us if you need additional assistance.

How do I edit my dental license information?
If you need to make a change to your dental license information, contact Pearson Dental Supply customer support at (800) 535-4535 and ask for Accounting Department.
How do I update my email address or add email addresses?
To change the email address you need to sign in to your personal account or contact Pearson Dental Supply customer support at (800) 535-4535 and ask for Accounting Department.
How do I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, call us at 800-535-4535 and ask to speak to the accounting department.
Shipping FAQs
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary per item sold depending on product weight and travel distance.
Large heavy cases of disposable goods, equipment, hazardous and refrigerated items and for shipments delivered to residential addresses may incur additional charges. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Is there a minimum order size?
Domestic orders have a $25 minimum. International orders have a $75 minimum.
What are my shipping options?
Shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or OnTrac. National holidays may affect shipping times.
Will all of my items arrive in one shipment?
As products are sourced from different suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments depending on the items you select.
How can I change or cancel an order I placed online?
Please call our main office at 1-800-535-4535 immediately. All online orders are processed within 15 minutes of when they are placed, so you need to call immediately and speak directly to our customer service department to make any changes to your order.
